Do we take the time to keep our eyes and ears open to learn lessons after we've launched a new web project? Here's an interesting thought from Michael Schrage:
In truth, the most important learning about innovation adoption almost always takes place after a product has been launched — not before. More often than not, innovators discover the real obstacles to their success — and the opportunities for growth — months or even years after introducing a new technology.I wonder if this might apply particularly to a project with lots of technical innovations like the Ministry Exchange.
